Authors Instructions

For the authors who are going to present their paper ONLINE:

Since submission of Video and Poster presentation files via the EasyChair system has been closed, the authors who have not yet submitted their presentations presentation files are requested to submit their file(s) no later than 18th Feb. 2023 via:

Camera Ready Paper: (Due date: 31th January 2023 5th February 2023)Authors are required to submit camera ready paper either in .doc or .pdf formats. The maximum paper length is six (6) pages (10-point fonts) including figures, in accordance with SEATUC 2023 paper template  [DOWNLOAD template here]

Camera Ready Copy: (Due date: 31th January 2023 5th February 2023)Upon authors’ desire, authors can submit either camera ready paper or extended abstract. Authors of the accepted paper who prefer online presentation are required to record their video presentation (pre-recorded video).The pre-recorded video will be played during the Conference parallel sessions and followed by live questions and answers, where authors are required to stand-by on the online meeting platform to answer any questions posted by the audience.When preparing the Pre-Recorded Video file, please make sure that:

  • The duration of the video file for Regular papers is strictly not more than 12 minutes.
  • No background music allowed.
  • All presentation must be in English.
  • File name of the recorded video: TrackID_paperID_presentername.mp4 (e.g.,TS01_1111_Chinkulkijniwat.mp4)
  • If possible, use the SEATUC 2023 backdrop [DOWNLOAD backdrop here] when preparing your pre-recorded presentation. If you are using PowerPoint, you can use the SEATUC PowerPoint template for your presentation[DOWNLOAD PowerPoint template for SEATUC 2023 Here]

File Format:

  • MPEG-4 (.mp4) file (use the normal H.264 video and AAC audio codecs)
  • Video Size: HD (1280 x 720 or other “720p” setting)
  • Audio Quality: please double check your files before submitting to make sure the audio is clear and audible!

Authors, who prefer presenting their poster onsite, can refer to the poster template accordance with SEATUC 2023 poster template [DOWNLOAD template here].

  • The given template is a guideline. The design is all based on researcher.
  • The content of the poster must be the researcher’s own work.
  • The size of E-poster is A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm, or 33.1 inches x 46.8 inches)
  • Poster orientation must be in Portrait.
  • Poster content should be in English.
  • Relevant images MUST be included.

Authors, who prefer presenting their poster online, can refer to the poster template accordance with SEATUC 2023 poster template [DOWNLOAD template here].

  • The given template is a guideline. The design is all based on researcher.
  • Submit your E-poster and accompanying files via 
  • Submit your E-poster and accompanying filesvia EasyChair symtem one for each accepted and registered poster.
  • The content of the E-poster must be the researcher’s own work.
  • The size of E-poster is A3 (297 mm ⨯ 420 mm)
  • Poster orientation must be in Portrait.
  • Poster content should be in English.
  • Relevant images MUST be included.
  • Presenter’s photo and detail should be placed at the bottom of the E-Poster
  • File Format: Save your E-poster as PDF (no other format will be accepted).
  • File Size: The file size of E-poster should not exceed 100 Megabytes (100MB).
  • File name of the E-poster: TrackID_PaperID.pdf (e.g., IS01_2222.pdf)

REMINDER (DON’T):

  • Use small font size and shadow effect.
  • Use the same background color as the title and its content.
  • Use blurry image of products or researchers.
 SHORT ACCOMPANYING AUDIO
  • Each E-poster must be accompanied with a short audio explaining the poster.
  • Format must be MP3.    
  • File name of the Audio:TrackID_PaperID.mp3 (For example: IS01_2222.mp3)
  • The audio should be no more than           5 minutes.
  • The audio presentation must be             in English
  • Audio Quality: please double check your files before submitting to make sure the audio is clear and audible.
